A man should enhance your life, not validate it.
The Cinderella Complex:
Expecting a man to come along, sweep you off your feet, fix all your problems and you'll live happily ever after together.

The opposite of that is a woman who finds a man who 'needs' her and she attempts to 'fix' him and he'll be grateful and they'll live happily ever after...again.

IT DOESN'T WORK LIKE THAT. RELATIONSHIPS ARE HARD WORK!
