My friend caught her 13 year old son jacking off into a condom in his bedroom last night. She was horrified. Her partner told the son not to use a condom and to instead do it into some tissue, then flush it. Fair comment, I think, because if hes going to do it, hes going to do it.

I can't understand why your friend was horrified. Jacking off is what ALL 13 year old boys do! Hey I'm 66 and I've been doing it since I was 12 and I'm not blind or crazy yet (no comments on that last part please!)! Her partner had the right idea though I think. Actually putting condoms on might be a good habit to encourage although admittedly you don't need them for jacking off and it feels better without them! Cheers to you over there in Kiwi Land. Great country! Wish I was there right now!
I think it was more the fact that her baby boy was doing a sexual act.
