A Brazilian Christmas..

The Thursday before Christmas I got my first total Brazilian wax. It was a bit ouchy at times, but nothing that would deter me from having it done again. In fact the pain kinda of turned me on, but that's just me and pain...

So here I am a week later without that annoying stubble or the insidious itch. I'm still all smooth with no regrowth. Another side effect is I seem to be constantly aroused. I'm definitely gunna do this again!

Ghosts...

Someone who was 'announced' to be dead about two years ago is suddenly showing online again. Strangely enough he won't answer my IMs about his being raised from the dead. Perhaps hes a zombie? Frankenstein's bum boy? Jason Voorhees maybe?

OR PERHAPS HE JUST LIED??!!

Tut tut...hes been a naughty boy again.

In one of his comments, that he then deleted, Rich posted a link to a rather nice picture of my favourite light green bra. He also threatened to post links to 'other' pictures of a more personal nature that he claims to have. I find that rather laughable because I know he doesn't have any other personal pictures of mine.

So anyways I emailed his hosting site to complain about him invading my privacy and posting pornographic pictures, which is against their rules. This is the reply I got:

Hi Emma,

Thank you for the report! I will notify administration and have the remove the account.

Thank you,
-Lachlan Picking

Remove the account? Whoops...Oh dear Rich. That means EVERYTHING you have hosted on that site has gone bye byes. Oh noes! lol At least now you've got something to do on Christmas day...rehosting everything elsewhere!

Merry Christmas...from my Whanau to yours!

A Kiwi Christmas...summer days at the beach, Pohutukawa Trees (NZ Christmas trees...see pic), BBQs, 6 weeks school holidays, picnics at the park, lotto learn to swim lessons, bike riding...

And for the first time in a few years we're having Christmas without our extended family around. This year it will be just the three of us. Then in the afternoon/evening we will probably go and visit friends.

New Years will probably be a non event. I'll have Nicole (of course), Aimee has asked to come stay, I've offered to have my 1 year old nephew William, and, oh, we're dogsitting our friend's dog while they go to Nelson to see their oldest son and his wife.

So far we haven't been invited to the Outlaws bach. I plan on saying a polite 'no thanks, we're busy' should it happen. I don't have any desire to put myself into a situation where we are 'in their territory' so to speak. If they want contact with Nicole....they know where to find us. Plus I got bitten badly by a white tail when we were there last year.

You were online for 1 hour and 2 minutes.
You were on BRB to get something from your room for 10 minutes.
You were in the shower for 20 minutes.

This was supposed to be our time. And you wonder why I get moody?

Sisters...

Sunday night we went for dinner with good friends of ours. They have an 8 year old daughter/grandaughter called Aimee. Her and Nicole consider themselves 'sisters'. Aimee's mum Sailekia and Aimee's aunt Nikki are due to have babies within a few weeks. Heres a picture of Nicole and Aimee eating icecream after going for a swim.

A little trip down memory lane...

When I was 17 my father and his second wife split, and we moved to get away from her. The place we moved from was a town called Cambridge. Its about an hours drive away from where I currently live.

Anyways...on Saturday afternoon, in the rain, Nicole and I made the journey over the Kaimais to Cambridge. Reason: My old school friend's brother had organised a 6 band concert. I took Nicole round town and showed her our old houses etc. Then I caught up with my friend whom I hadn't seen in about 12 years.

We stayed for 5 out of the 6 bands. Two of them I really enjoyed...two were pretty good, and the other one I didn't really think much of. But for $5 who can complain? I wish we'd been able to stay for the 6th band, but Nicole had fallen asleep on my knee during the 5th band. She was wearing ear muffs lol.

The top house is our old house (the man who bought it from us shot himself in the back yard...I alway knew that house had something evil about it) The bottom house is my Grandparents one.

I'm getting a new computer!!!!! -dances!!!-

My computer has parts in it (motherboard, cpu...) that are 10+ years old. Its never been that wonderful. But recently its decided that detecting the video card, modem, power supply etc is optional. So at time i've had to restart my computer excessive numbers of times before it will work properly.

So i'm going to send my computer to my brother on Monday/Tuesday so he can 'harvest' the newer parts (I have a brand new HDD and DVD writer) from this beast and put them in the new computer. I'll have it back again by next weekend, as my brother Michael is moving to Aussie on Saturday morning! o.O

I will see everyone in a week or so!

Marching!

My sister Christine used to do marching when she lived with me. So we spent alot of time traveling to marching competitions all over the North Island. The bottom picture is of her holding Nicole who was about 1. That was the 1999/2000 season.

This afternoon we went to The Northern Plate competition which was held in Tauranga. The top picture is the teams march past for prizegiving. Nicole was totally enthralled at the whole thing. Since we've been home shes been tromping round the house wearing an old pair of Christine's marching boots that we still have here.

'Megan' the Porcelain doll

Nicole's present from her father's mother has arrived. Nicole hates it. She says it has a scary face. Shes kept it in the box it came in with a towel over it. She flatly refused to take it into her bedroom.

"December Delights'

Nicole is the child in the black behind the ones in red. And on a side note: Sitting in a packed hall with 6848794687 other adults in the middle of summer ain't fun...

Pukeko (bird) in a Ponga tree.

Flax kit.

Huhu grubs are bugs. :S

Puha is a plant people eat.

Pipis are shell fish.

A haka is a Maori war dance. The All Blacks Rugby team do it before each match.

Puipui is the skirt shes wearing.

Pois are the things she are twirling with her hands.

Net suicide threats...

ARE STUPID!

Actually suicide in general is. Its a cop out. I've been thought some pretty low times in my life...but I've discovered that eventually things ALWAYS turn around for the better. All that killing yourself does is piles a shit load of issues onto those who care about you. Stop being so fucking selfish!

No, I don't want to get into a big discussion on suicide and stuff. All I'm doing is mouthing off over something that happened to me yesterday. Hell, I'm allowed to it IS MY blog afterall!

Its not the first time I've experienced this. But, fuck, I hope its the last. Having someone on the other side of the world saying that they're offing themselves as we are talking on MSN makes me feel so helpless. Especially when its someone that you don't know their last name, phone number or anything. Its just so frustrating! There wasn't anything I could do.

And Chaz, its not who you're probably assuming it was...lol.

This is my fourth and current car. Its a Mitsubishi V3000. Which is basically a New Zealand version of a Diamante. Its green and in excellent condition.

My third car was a grey Mitsubishi Diamante. It got effected by the floods and my insurance company wrote it off. I miss that car :(

My second car was a white Honda Prelude. It used to be kept outside and got really rusty in only a year and a half. I ended up selling it to the wreckers for a couple of hundred dollars.

My first ever car was a little red Honda City Turbo. I ended up blowing up the motor on the way to Auckland one day.

I hope you don't mind me posting this here...
